1.What are the materials of Bamboo’s products?+
All products of BAMBOO are made of bamboo powder, carbohydrate and our exclusive biodegradable adhesive. They are 100% safe and reliable.
2.Where are the raw materials obtained?+
The raw materials of BAMBOO products are harvested and processed locally in HsinChu, Taiwan.
3.How soon will your products be expire?+
Our straws can be good for 2 years. Our tableware and food containers can be good for 5 years after being manufactured.
4.Can they puncture drink seals?+
The angled straws can! The straight straws can also puncture with some effort.
5.Can they be reused?+
We encourage reuse.
6.Are they heat resistant?+
hey can be safely used at temperatures between -20°C to 100°C.
7.Will they become soft and mushy if soaked for a long time?+
No, they won’t!
8.Can the containers be microwaved?+
Yes, they can be microwaved at 600W for 180 seconds. They are suitable for general heating but are not suitable for prolonged microwave cooking.
